Exmoor Farm Produce

The farm is a bustling and exciting place, and a fantastic way to enjoy the great outdoors! 

At Higher Riscombe Farm we have rare breed Oxford Sandy Black and Tamworth pigs, we have pedigree Dexter cows, chickens that produce your eggs for breakfast, Harry and Donald the horses and a few Exmoor Horn sheep. 

At certain times of year we usually have piglets and in the spring we have lambs. 

Rachel is also trying her hand at vegetable gardening!

We are in the process of setting up our online farm shop, so please contact us if you are interested in tasting traditionally reared pork that has spent many months playing outside.

As well as the farm animals we also have two dogs, Tetley and Cracker, and a cat called Tiggy.

We farm approximately 30 acres here at Riscombe and then a further 1200 acres at Honeymead, five minutes down the road.  In total we have 2000 sheep and 100 head of cattle.  Weather and time permitting Dan is happy to take you round the farm for a tour.
